29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) Underriner Honda Bench Grinder: On or about March 18, 2020 and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure that the work rest of the DeWalt bench grinder was securely fastened and provided a gap of no less than one eighth inch between the abrasive wheel and the work rest.
