OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were not protected from falls from the back of waste collection trucks. 95 Tenney Street, Georgetown, MA a) On or about 3/17/20, the employer did not implement measures to prevent employees from falling from the back of waste collection trucks, by not implementing appropriate engineering or administrative controls. An employee fell from the back of a waste collection truck on a collection route.
