29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:    On March 13, 2020, during paint spraying at a construction site, 5330 Lakepath Way, Lot 72, Eureka, MO, the employer did not inspect and ensure that the gasoline powered spray painting rig was not placed in an enclosed space (in the house), and that respiratory protection was used during spray painting.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used (Construction Reference: 1926.59):  On March 13, 2020, during paint spraying at a construction site, 5330 Lakepath Way, Lot 72, Eureka, MO, the employer did not provide site specific instruction and ensure that the gasoline powered spray painting rig was not placed in an enclosed space (in the house).  The employer did not provide site specific instruction that respiratory protection was used during spray painting.
