29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  (a): Top Level - Four employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 28 feet when working on scaffolds without proper fall protection. The employees were working on scaffolds placed near the edge of the building. The work platforms of the scaffolds were above the guardrails, exposing employees to falls to the ground below, on or about March 18, 2020.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
