29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level where leading edges are under construction, but who was not engaged in the leading edge work, was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) On or about March 18, 2020, on the roof of the Laundry Facility, an employee was working at an elevated height of approximately twenty-five (25) feet without having any fall protection on.
