29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) New residential construction, 28 Chastain Circle Newnan, GA. 30263, LOT 181; roof : On or about 3/19/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees while conducting framing activities from a 4-12 pitched roof at a height of 19 feet 4 inches from the lower level.
