29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(xi): When starting the bridge and when the load or hook approaches near or over personnel, the warning signal shall be sounded. On March 18, 2020, an Electrician was working from a MEC 1632 scissor lift that was struck and overturned by a Schutte overhead crane that was not locked out and the crane operator did not sound the horn before moving the crane bridge.
