Notice 1, Item #1, CFR 29 1910.95 (g) (6) as required by CFR 1960.8 (b): the employer failed to establish a baseline audiometric testing for employees and did not establish for each employee while exposing employees to noise while performing landscape operation.  The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard and the same hazard on May 9, 2017 of final order and means of abatement.
