29 CFR 1910.217(c)(3)(i)(a): Preventing and/or stopping normal stroking of the press if the operator's hands are inadvertently placed in the point of operation. On or about March 6, 2020 employees were exposed to amputation and crush hazard by the operator being inside and out of protection of the light curtain on L & J press number 3 when advancing metal pieces.
