On 12/11/2019, employees of Austreberto Marquez Aranda were working on a residential building located at 32-42 Trailside Court, Saint Peters, MO. The employer did not have a Safety and Health program that would have included, but not limited to, assignment of responsibilities, training, identifying and controlling hazards and Safety and Health rules.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  On 12/11/2019, employees of Austreberto Marquez Aranda were working on a residential building located at 32-42 Trailside Court, Saint Peters, MO.  Employees were using pneumatic nail guns without the use of eye protection.

Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 12/11/2019, employees of Austreberto Marquez Aranda were working on a residential building located at 32-42 Trailside Court, Saint Peters, MO.  Employees were installing shingles approximately 27 feet above a lower level. Employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection.

On 12/11/2019, employees of Austreberto Marquez Aranda were working on a residential building located at 32-42 Trailside Court, Saint Peters, MO.  The employees were not able to recognize fall hazards and the procedures necessary to reduce or eliminate these hazards.
