29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed: a. 4837 Newton Terrace, Buford, GA - Employees were exposed to sudden energization or start-up of multi-energy source machines. The employer did not conduct periodic inspections of the Lockout/Tagout procedures to assure that the procedures were being followed and corrections were made as needed to the multi-energy source machines throughout the workplace, on or about 03/25-26/2020.
