29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a. On or about 2:20 PM on December 13, 2019, at 8705 N. Wickham Rd, Viera, FL, 32940, an employee suffered a work related injury and was hospitalized in the afternoon of December 13, 2019. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization at about 5:00 PM of December 13, 2019. The employer notified OSHA on December 16, 2019 at 12:34 PM of the in-patient hospitalization.
