29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  Worksite located at 8104 NE 99th Ter, KC MO - Employees were exposed to an eye impact hazard in that the employees were using pneumatic nail guns and other tools that could cause employees to be injured due to eye impact and were not wearing eye protection. This was documented on or about 03/25/2020.
