29 CFR 1926.152(c)(5) Storage areas were not kept free of weeds, debris, and other combustible material not necessary to the storage. (a) On or about 03/11/2020 Building 200 near the outdoor Transcube Fuel Tank, a wood scrap pile was observed adjacent to the driveway and storage yard.

29 CFR 1926.152(e)(1): Areas in which flammable or combustible liquids were transferred at one time, in quantities greater than 5 gallons, from one container to another were not separated from other operations by 25 feet distance or by construction having a fire resistance of at least 1 hour: (a) On or about 3/11/20 - Building 200 Outdoor yard, a Transcube transportable fuel tank containing diesel fuel was located adjacent to Air Handling Units providing ventilation to Building 200. Fuel was added to the tank when necessary.
