29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  Worksite located at 2145 SW Park, Blue Springs MO - Employees were exposed to an eye impact hazard in that the employees were using pneumatic nail guns and other tools that could cause employees to be injured due to eye impact and were not wearing eye protection. This was documented on or about 03/30/2020.
