29 CFR 1926.501(c)(3): The employer did not barricade the area to which objects could fall, did not prohibit employees from entering the barricaded area, and did not keep objects that could fall far enough away from the edge of a higher level so that the those objects would not go over the edge if they were accidentally displaced: On or about 03/25/2020, at ground level below the southeast side of the roof, when accessing an area that was not barricaded the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards from materials on the roof such as panels, nail guns, and 4"x4" lumber.
