29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. Stay Dry Roofing LLC, on or about April 07, 2020 at the address of 01 Main Street, Toledo, OH: The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls while working more than 6 feet above the next lower level. The employee was observed cutting TPO on the roof of the structure without the benefit of any type of fall protection. Stay Dry Roofing LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1417156, Citation number 1, Item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/18/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 01 Main Street, Toledo, Ohio 43605.
