29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2)(iii)(B): Where it was determined that any part of the equipment, load line or load (including rigging and lifting accessories), while operating up to the equipment's maximum working radius in the work zone, could get closer than the minimum approach distance of the power line permitted under Table A (see � 1926.1408), the requirements in paragraph (b) of this section were not met: (a) Plant Wansley, Power Substation: On or about March 30, 2020, employees were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards, in that a Grove Telescopic Boom Truck Crane (Model RT700E Serial Number 228552) did not maintain a 25 foot clearance from the boom load line to energized 500 kV overhead power lines.
