29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Trico Construction at 10877 Ouray Street, Commerce City, CO: On or about 4/6/2020 the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Two employees were working on the decking of the second story of a two story residential home and working within 6 feet of the edge without fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet.
