29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): 29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): For lines rated 50kV or below, a minimum of 10 feet was not maintained between the energized line and the equipment: Location: 268 Route 59 West Nyack, NY 10994 a) On or about April 8th, 2020, an employee delivering a load of aggregate road material to a road construction site was exposed to electrical hazards when his dump truck became entangled in overhead electrical lines as he drove under them with the dump body in the raised position.
