29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: On or about December 12th, 2019, and at times prior thereto, workers were performing roofing activities at a residential construction site which had very large piles of rough stones and debris at the front of the site, exposing workers to the hazard of tripping or falling onto the rocks.
