Each employer shall be responsible for the safe condition of tools and equipment used by employees, including tools and equipment which may be furnished by employees: a. Shop - On or about April 13, 2020, the employee assigned to utilize the Jet pneumatic handheld grinder received severe injuries from flying fragments where the protective disc guard was not provided or utilized to prevent the hazard.
