29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers:  On 4/13/2020, Brian Dawson Roofing LLC exposed sub-contractor employees to struck-by, and fall hazards while installing shingles on a residential building located at 226 Fox Haven, OFallon, Missouri.  The employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On 4/13/2020, Brian Dawson Roofing LLC exposed sub-contractor employees to struck by hazards while installing shingles on a residential building located at 226 Fox Haven, OFallon, Missouri.  Employees were using roofing nail guns without the use of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  "Residential construction." Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems:  On 4/13/2020, Brian Dawson Roofing LLC exposed sub-contractor employees to fall hazards while installing shingles on a residential building located at 226 Fox Haven, OFallon, Missouri.  Employees were installing shingles approximately 20 feet above a lower level.  Employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection.
