On or about April 16, 2020, the employer did not provide N95 respirators to all staff who provided care to residents who displayed COVID-19 symptoms and/or were known to be COVID-19 positive. The employer allowed staff to choose between cloth face coverings, surgical masks, or N95 respirators when exposed to residents who displayed COVID-19 symptoms and/or were known to be COVID-19 positive.
