29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    a) On or about April 2, 2020., On Top Roofing and Restoration, as the controlling contractor, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite as to ensure employees of M & G Roofing, a subcontractor, who were required to engage in roofing operations, were appropriately protected from exposure to fall hazards.       On Top Roofing and Restoration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1098729, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 19, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 19904 Lindenmere Dr., Monument, CO, 80132.
