29 CFR 1926.960(g)(5)(iv): The protection for the employee's head may consist of head protection meeting � 1926.100(b)(2) and a faceshield with a minimum arc rating of 8 cal/cm2 if the estimated incident energy exposure is less than 13 cal/cm2 for exposures involving single-phase arcs in open air or 9 cal/cm2 for other exposures, and (a) 2609 14th St. Gulfport, MS. alley - On or about April 14, 2020 the employer did not provide adequate face protection (faceshield) for employees while working on energized electrical line exposing them to ark flash hazards. Pike Electric, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.960(g)(5)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1421433, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/18/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 226 Schrock Rd. Garrett, PA.
