29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    Jobsite:  The employees who were working on the 5 in 12 pitch roofs were not protected from fall hazards approximately 25 feet to the ground by the use of guardrails, safety nets or a personal fall arrest system.
