29 CFR 1910.147(c)(8): Lockout or tagout was not performed only by the authorized employees who are performing the servicing or maintenance:  At the worksite located at Route 2, Box 475, Willow Springs, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to amputation hazards when cleaning out the chute on the edger.  Employees were cleaning the chute while the edger was in operation.   Employees used a stick to clear damp saw dust that would clog the chute when logs were run through the edger.
