29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system: a) Quality Frame and Trim LLC at 16471 E 119th Way, Commerce City, CO 80022: On or about 4/6/2020 the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were protected by guardrails systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. Two employees worked on the top plate of exterior and interior walls of a two-story town home without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 ft.
