29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  Jobsite, Evans Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA:  On or about 04/22/2020 employees engaged in residential construction activities were not protected from falling approximately 10-20 feet by any fall protection systems.  Employees were working on the roof of the structure that had varying pitches, 6/12 on the dormer and 10/12 on the main roof and no fall protection systems were in place.  The fall hazard at the front of the residence was approximately 10 feet to the ground and the fall hazard at the rear of the residence was approximately 20 feet to the ground.
