29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the roof of a residential structure, located at 408 Chippewa Square building 27, Boynton Beach, Florida, 33436: On or about April 23, 2020 and at times prior, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 20 feet to ground level, in that; no fall protection was being used when the employee was performing work on a roof with a 6/12 pitch.
