29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: a) Concreations, Inc., 4318 E. Utah Place., Denver, CO 80222: On and before April 23, 2020, the controlling employer did not ensure a safety program was developed and implemented for the work environment, to include regular inspections made by a competent person of the job-site, materials, and equipment. Two subcontractor employees were working next to the edge of the roof on a one-story residential home without the use of a fall protection system. The subcontractor employees were reframing the first floor portion on the northeast side of the home. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to a fall hazard of approximately 8-9 feet and electrical hazards from live transformer cables on the southwest corner.
