A) Exterior, Front of the structure: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet while using a material hoist as a ladder, on or about January 30th, 2020.   NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.100(a):     Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  A) Exterior, On the ground and lower roof: Employees were exposed to head injuries while working below roofing activities. The employees were not protected by hard hats or protective helmets, on or about January 30th, 2020.
