29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. 175 Quincy Ct., Bldg 2, Perth Amboy, NJ - Quincy Heights development The employer did not ensure employees engaged in residential construction were protected from falls. Employees installing decking and performing layout activities for the third level deck worked at or near the edge, without any means of fall protection. Violation observed on or about April 22, 2020 Hummingbird Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1156583, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 11, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 603, 605, 607 & 609 East 5th Street, Lakewood, NJ 08701
