29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:     a) New townhome construction located on Lot #25 Birchmore Drive, Sandy Springs, GA, Top plate: On or about 04/17/2020, the employer exposed employees to falls of approximately 32-feet to the lower level, in that employees were not provided with a fall protection system while engaged in framing activities using the top plates as walking/working surfaces.    b) New townhome construction located on Lot #26 Birchmore Drive, Sandy Springs, GA, Second level: On or about 04/17/2020, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 25-feet to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.
