29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: On or about September 27, 2020, on the right side of the front of the new home under construction, located at 2783 NE 31st. Ct. Lighthouse Point, FL, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while assisting to push a fork connected to crane while moving pallets of lintels which was located within approximately 5 feet or less of overhead power lines energized with 7,600 volts.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about September 27, 2020, on the top of the second floor of the new home under construction, located at 2783 NE 31st. Ct. Lighthouse Point, FL, two workers were working without the use of fall protection, exposing the workers to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
