29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:  On or about September 27, 2020, on the right side of the front of the new home under construction, located at 2783 NE 31st. Ct. Lighthouse Point, FL, an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard while attaching pallets of lintels on to a crane joist which was located within approximately 5 feet or less of overhead power lines energized with 7,600 volts.
