29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  a) New residential construction located on Lot #28 at 3030 Briarstone Ridge Way, Alpharetta, GA 30022, Rear deck/porch roof: On or about 04/30/2020, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns and circular saws, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools while engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) New residential construction located on Lot #28 at 3030 Briarstone Ridge Way, Alpharetta, GA 30022, Rear deck/porch roof: On or about 04/30/2020, the employer was exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20-feet, 6-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not used on a 3/12 pitched roof engaged in plywood installation.   b) New residential construction located on Lot #28 at 3030 Briarstone Ridge Way, Alpharetta, GA 30022, Rear deck/porch: On or about 04/30/2020, the employer exposed employees to falls of 10-feet, 6-inches to the lower level, in that fall protection was not provided to employees using the deck as a walking/working surface cutting plywood for the employer located on the roof.
