29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level:        a)  On May 4, 2020, employees engaged in masonry work were not protected from the hazards of falling approximately 17 feet to the ground while working from a tubular welded frame scaffold platform.      No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
