Located along various front, rear areas of the residential structures perimeter exterior stud wall top plate and interior lower truss cords framers were observed performing truss erection framing associated activities without conventional fall protection and exposed to fall potentials in excess of 20 feet from perimeter exterior stud wall top plates and fall potentials in excess of 8 feet from interior lower truss cords.  Ramis Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1342911, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, Issued on 11/05/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2789 Blueflag St. Tipp City, OH 45371. This citation became final on 1/30/2019.
