29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: a) Worksite, 550 South Research Place Central Islip, New York, Mezzanine Area - The storage of mixed compressed gas cylinders such as but not limited to Air, Argon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen and Helium were not secured from falling or being knocked over; on or about 05/11/2020. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
