29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator; whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used; and at least annually thereafter: a) VA NY Harbor Healthcare, COVID-19 screening location, on or about 4/1/2020 and thereafter: The agency failed to ensure that employees exposed to COVID-19 at a screening location who were required to wear N95 tight-fitting respirators were fit tested annually. Abatement certification is required for this item.
