29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Ardon Roofing, LLC., at 750 Vista Grande Circle, Fort Collins, CO 80524: On or before May 13, 2020, the creating and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on a two story, split level, single family home were working without fall protection. This exposed employees to fall hazards of 12-20 feet. Ardon Roofing, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which, was contained in OSHA inspection number 1400287, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 11, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1101 Grand Ave, Windsor, CO 80550.
