29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c): a) Jobsite located at 400 Charles Ellis Drive, Newtown Square, PA: The employer did not ensure that a protective system was installed inside an excavation that was approximately 5-10 feet deep 100 feet in length and 50 feet wide, to protect the employees from caught in between hazards.
