On or about 01/31/2020, at 3700 Narcissus Ave., Northport Industrial Park, Sanford, FL , employees of a subcontractor were exposed to a 36-foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used when walking to and from the roof access panel. b. On or about 01/31/2020, at 3700 Narcissus Ave., Northport Industrial Park, Sanford, FL , employees of a subcontractor were exposed to a 36-foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used when climbing through the access panel and stepping onto the guardrails to gain access to and from the scissor lift.
