29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level:    location: front of house  on or about: 5/15/20    a) Employees, engaged in roofing work from a tubular welded frame scaffold, were not provided with fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall of 11 feet.      NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    location: porch roof  on or about: 5/15/20    a) Employees were working on the roof, while engaged in roofing work. The employees, who were not provided with fall protection, were exposed to a fall of 12 feet.       NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
