29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A): An unqualified person was working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person brought a conductive object closer to unguarded, energized overhead lines than the distances given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section: On or about May 18, 2020, at 909 S. Joy Circle, Marco Island, Florida, an employee engaged in tree trimming operations was within 7 feet of an energized overhead power line.
