29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not implemented for required respirator use: a) On or about 03/27/2020, throughout the establishment, where the use of respiratory protection such as, but not limited to, 3M:model 8210 N95 Respirators was required to give direct care to COVID-19 positive residents, a written program was not drafted outlining respiratory protection requirements and policies such as, but not limited to: selection of a program administrator responsible to manage the changes and effectiveness of the Respiratory Protection Program and policies related to reuse of N95 respirators. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
