29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a new home in construction located at 3881 SW McCory St., Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34953: On or about 05/21/2020 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet to ground level when installing trusses and plywood on a roof with a 5/12 pitch and not using any methods of conventional fall protection systems.
