1926.21(b)(2) The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to [its] work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a) Tempus Builders Inc. on or about May 20, 2020, at the address of 2057 Rome Greenwich Road in Greenwich, Ohio: The employer did not ensure sufficient and correctly installed temporary bracing was applied across the truss planes to the 76 feet mono trusses onsite. Employees erecting the trusses were exposed to struck-by hazards.
